EASY SHRIMP SCAMPI ft Neval Chatelal


12 – 15 Ocean Delight large or jumbo shrimp

Salt and black pepper

1 tbsp green seasoning

1 oz butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp green seasoning

1½ cups white wine (we used a Pinot Grigio)

2 tbsp lime juice (approx. juice of ½ lime)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp chopped shadon beni

2 – 3 small tomatoes, diced

Salt and black pepper

½ pack spaghetti, cooked

Chopped fresh parsley


  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the Ocean Delight shrimp in one layer (you may need to do it in 2 batches) and cook for 1 – 2 minutes on either side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onions and cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the white wine, lime juice, parsley and shadon beni. Let cook for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.
  5. Add the pasta and mix into the sauce. Add back the cooked shrimp along with any juices and mix into the pasta. Taste and adjust seasoning with a touch of salt if necessary.
  6. Serve hot, sprinkled with a little extra parsley.
