ASIAN SHRIMP SAUTE – Chef Jason Huggins

Ingredients
8 ea (size – 21-25 )shrimp
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
2 cloves chopped garlic
1½ tsp chopped ginger
Green Onions (green only) cut on the for garnish
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Directions
- Season shrimp with all ingredients reserving half for sauce
- Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat: add sesame oil it should shimmer and be very fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 30 seconds and remove from pan.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 10 seconds.
- Add all sauces and shrimp and cook for 2 mins or until shrimp are done.
- Serve immediately over Jasmine Rice or Noodles and garnish with Green Onions
