ASIAN SHRIMP SAUTE – Chef Jason Huggins

8 ea (size – 21-25 )shrimp

1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce

1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce

¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce

2 cloves chopped garlic

1½ tsp chopped ginger

Green Onions (green only) cut on the for garnish

2 tbsp Sesame Oil


  1. Season shrimp with all ingredients reserving half for sauce
  2. Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat: add sesame oil it should shimmer and be very fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 30 seconds and remove from pan.
  4. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 10 seconds.
  5. Add all sauces and shrimp and cook for 2 mins or until shrimp are done.
  6. Serve immediately over Jasmine Rice or Noodles and garnish with Green Onions
