3 – 4 Beets

1/2 Pineapple, peeled 

1 large knob of Ginger, 


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture through a strainer, cheesecloth or nut bag.
  3. Serve and enjoy. You can chill the juice before serving.
