Ingredients
3 – 4 Beets
1/2 Pineapple, peeled
1 large knob of Ginger,
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain mixture through a strainer, cheesecloth or nut bag.
- Serve and enjoy. You can chill the juice before serving.
