Joel incorporates the classic flavour of garlic butter with bacon and ramen noodles.


2 packs Knorr Ramen Noodles, Chicken or Beef Flavor

4 – 5 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces

3 – 4 cloves garlic, minced

1 oz butter

1½ – 2 cups warm water

Pinch of black pepper

2 – 3 blades chives, chopped

Chopped tomatoes, optional


  1. Cook the bacon in a medium pot over medium high heat. Remove the bacon and set aside. Pour off the bacon fat leaving just about 1 - 2 tbsp in the pot.
  2. Add the butter to the bacon fat in the same pot. Add the garlic, pinch of black pepper and cook for a few seconds.
  3. Dissolve one of the seasoning packets from the Knorr Ramen Noodles in the warm water. Add the water to the pot, turn up the heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the Knorr Ramen Noodles to the liquid, breaking them in half as you add them. Stir the noodles into the liquid. Let the noodles cook until most of the liquid had evaporated.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in the cooked bacon and chives. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with extra chives and chopped tomatoes.
