CHEESY HAM & PORK STUFFED FRY BAKES

Ingredients
For the Fry Bakes:
½ pack Lion Brand Fry Bake Mix
Oil for frying
1 cup diced cooked ham
½ cup diced cooked pork or turkey
¾ cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Make the Lion Brand Fry Bake Mix dough according to the directions. Set aside.
- Mix together the ham, pork and cheese.
- Form dough into even balls. Roll the dough into a flat circle, approximately ¼ inch thick. Place a spoonful of filling in the center. Bring the edges of the dough together and enclose the filling, forming back into a ball. Carefully on a floured surface, roll into circles with floured rolling pin, being careful that the filling does not ooze out.
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add bake to oil.
- When the dough has puffed up, flip over to next side and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
