Make the Lion Brand Fry Bake Mix dough according to the directions. Set aside.
Mix together the ham, pork and cheese.
Form dough into even balls. Roll the dough into a flat circle, approximately ¼ inch thick. Place a spoonful of filling in the center. Bring the edges of the dough together and enclose the filling, forming back into a ball. Carefully on a floured surface, roll into circles with floured rolling pin, being careful that the filling does not ooze out.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add bake to oil.
When the dough has puffed up, flip over to next side and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
