CHRISTMAS CAKE SUNDAY ft Nikki Crosby

Ingredients

6 – 7 scoops Sunday’s Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream

½ cup chopped toasted almonds

¼ cup mixed candied fruit or peel

2 -3 slices fruit cake, cut in cubes

Red sugar sprinkles

Whipped cream

Cherries

Directions

  1. Scoop the Sunday’s Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream into a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped almonds and mixed peel and fold quickly into the ice cream.
  3. Place a few fruit cake cubes in the bottom of the glass. Spoon some of the ice cream mixture on top of the fruit cake. Repeat once again with fruitcake and then ice cream.
  4. Decorate with whipped cream, sugar and cherries. Serve immediately.
