CHRISTMAS SAUSAGE TURKEY STUFFING

Ingredients
3 Johnsonville Sausages, Italian Hot
1 cup Pankp Breadcrumbs
½ cup chopped olives
½ cup raisins
1 tsp Schwartz Rosemary
3 – 4 pimento peppers, seeded and diced
Salt and black pepper
1 – 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium high heat.
- Remove the outer thin casing from the Johnsonville Sausages and add the sausages to the pan, crumbling the meat.
- Add the peppers, rosemary, olives, raisins and let cook until the sausages are cooked through. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
- Add the Kikkoman Panko Breadcrumbs and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat. Let cool before stuffing the turkey.
