CHRISTMAS SAUSAGE TURKEY STUFFING

Ingredients

3 Johnsonville Sausages, Italian Hot

1 cup Pankp Breadcrumbs

½ cup chopped olives

½ cup raisins

1 tsp Schwartz Rosemary

3 – 4 pimento peppers, seeded and diced

Salt and black pepper

1 – 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium high heat.
  2. Remove the outer thin casing from the Johnsonville Sausages and add the sausages to the pan, crumbling the meat.
  3. Add the peppers, rosemary, olives, raisins and let cook until the sausages are cooked through. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the Kikkoman Panko Breadcrumbs and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat. Let cool before stuffing the turkey.
