3/4 cup Dairy Dairy Powdered Milk

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp icing sugar

4 oz butter (at room temperature)

1/4 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp cinnamon powder

Cinnamon Sugar to sprinkle on top (2 tbsp granulated sugar mixed with ¼ tsp cinnamon powder)


  1. In a bowl, mix together the Dairy Dairy Powdered Milk, flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside.
  2. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, cream together the butter and icing sugar until smooth in another bowl.
    Stir in the dry ingredients, mix well and form into smooth dough.
  3. Line a baking tray with wax/parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Make small balls and arrange on the baking tray 1 inch apart. Lightly press with a fork to flatten. Sprinkle the cookies with the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges become golden.
  6. Cool on baking sheet for 5 - 10 minutes. then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
