COCONUT OIL BROWNIES – Chef Cheryl-Ann Shortt-Charles

3/4 cup Daisy Coconut Oil

1½ cups sugar

3/4 cup flour

3/4 cup cocoa powder

3 eggs

1½ cups chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350-degree F. Line baking pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl,
  3. Beat the eggs.
  4. Add to the dry Ingredients. Add the Daisy’s Coconut Oil to mixture. Mix until all ingredients are completely combined.
  5. Place in prepared baking pan, bake for approximately 35-40 mins.
  6. Remove from oven allow to cool and cut to desired size. Serve.
