Creamy Pumpkin Potato Pie


2 cups of potatoes, boiled and cubed

2 cups of pumpkin, boiled and cubed

1/4 cup of pumpkin water

1/2 cup grated pumpkin (raw)

1/4 cup of onion, grated

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1 cup of Dairy Dairy Full Cream Powdered Milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mash boiled potatoes, boiled pumpkin, onion, melted butter, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Dairy Dairy Powdered Milk and 1/4 cup of pumpkin water.
  3. Add salt and pepper to potato and pumpkin mixture.
  4. In a greased baking dish pour potato and pumpkin mixture and top with cheddar cheese and grated pumpkin and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
