CURRIED BUTTER LOBSTER TAILS

Joel uses Ocean Delight Lobster Tails to make this succulent dish.


Ingredients
2 Ocean Delight Lobster Tails, split open in half lengthwise
Salt and black pepper
6 oz butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp green seasoning
1 ½ tbsp curry powder
1 tsp roasted geera powder
½ tsp amchar masala
2 – 3 blades shadon beni, finely chopped
Few dashes pepper sauce, optional
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Season the Ocean Delight Lobster Tails with a little salt and black pepper. Let marinate for ½ hour.
- Mix together the butter, green seasoning, shadon beni, garlic, geera , amchar masala, curry powder and pepper sauce if using.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the split tails.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spread the butter evenly over the fleshy side of the tails and place (butter side up) in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes depending on the size of the tails. Remove and serve.
