Joel uses Ocean Delight Lobster Tails to make this succulent dish.



2 Ocean Delight Lobster Tails, split open in half lengthwise 

Salt and black pepper

6 oz butter, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp green seasoning

1 ½  tbsp curry powder

1 tsp roasted geera powder

½ tsp amchar masala

2 – 3 blades shadon beni, finely chopped

Few dashes pepper sauce, optional

Juice of 1 lime


  1. Season the Ocean Delight Lobster Tails with a little salt and black pepper. Let marinate for ½ hour.
  2. Mix together the butter, green seasoning, shadon beni, garlic, geera , amchar masala, curry powder and pepper sauce if using.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice over the split tails.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  5. Spread the butter evenly over the fleshy side of the tails and place (butter side up) in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes depending on the size of the tails. Remove and serve.
