CURRY BUTTERED FISH ft Denyse Plummer & Michelle Sylvester

Try this flavourful dish that Joel made for gospel artists Denyse Plummer and Michelle Sylvester
Ingredients
4 large slices kingfish or other firm fleshed fish
Salt and black pepper
4 oz butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp green seasoning
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp geera powder
2 – 3 blades shadon beni, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Season the fish slices with a little salt and black pepper. Let marinate for ½ hour.
- Mix together the butter, green seasoning, shadon beni, garlic, geera and curry powder.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the fish.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread the butter evenly over one side of the fish and place (butter side up) in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve.
