FETA YOGURT DIP ft Paola Henderson

Health coach Paola Henderson makes this easy, healthy and addictive dip for Joel using Guiltless Yogurt




12 ounces of feta cheese

1 cup of Guiltless full fat yogurt

4 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup extra olive oil, plus more for garnish

Lime/lemon Juice of 1 lime

Sea Salt

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes

2 tbsp freshly chopped dill, plus more for

1/2 cup cubed tomatoes

1/2 cup cubed cucumbers

Serve it with either Pita chips, almond crackers or veggie sticks


  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or a food processor, beat feta cheese, Guiltless full fat yogurt, cream cheese, oil, and lemon juice until fluffy and combined.
  2. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and stir in dill.
  3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with cucumber, tomatoes, dill, and a drizzle of oil.
  4. Serve with pita chips, almond crackers or veggie sticks.
