FRUITY CREAM POPS – Chef Cheryl-Ann Shortt-Charles

1 lb frozen fruit of your choice (eg strawberries, papaya, fruit mix) 

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup condensed milk

Grease proof paper

Pallet sticks or straws


  1. Make a cone with the grease proof paper, place in a glass to stand.
  2. Place the fruit, cream cheese, condensed milk in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into the cone and stick the sticks or straw in the center.
  4. Place glass in the freezer until mixture is firm, remove from the freezer and peel away the grease proof paper enjoy.
