1 lb frozen fruit of your choice (eg strawberries, papaya, fruit mix)
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup condensed milk
Grease proof paper
Pallet sticks or straws
- Make a cone with the grease proof paper, place in a glass to stand.
- Place the fruit, cream cheese, condensed milk in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into the cone and stick the sticks or straw in the center.
- Place glass in the freezer until mixture is firm, remove from the freezer and peel away the grease proof paper enjoy.
