GARLIC AND SHADON BENI BUTTER BAKED SALMON ft RICO DG

Joel makes this easy and flavorful salmon perfect as a seafood dish for Christmas.

Ingredients
4 Ocean Delight 4 – 6 oz salmon fillets
Salt and black pepper
Few dashes cayenne pepper
6 oz butter, room temperature
5 – 6 cloves garlic, minced
4 – 5 blades shadon beni, finely chopped
Pinch of salt
1 lime or lemon
Directions
- Season the salmon fillets with a little salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking dish or spray with cooking spray.
- Place the butter, shadon beni and minced garlic in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread an even layer of the flavored butter over the salmon fillets. Place in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 12 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. Remove and place on a serving dish. Squeeze a little lime juice over the salmon. Serve.
