GARLIC AND SHADON BENI BUTTER BAKED SALMON ft RICO DG

Joel makes this easy and flavorful salmon perfect as a seafood dish for Christmas.

 

Ingredients

4 Ocean Delight 4 – 6 oz salmon fillets

Salt and black pepper

Few dashes cayenne pepper

6 oz butter, room temperature

5 – 6 cloves garlic, minced

4 – 5 blades shadon beni, finely chopped

Pinch of salt

1 lime or lemon

Directions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with a little salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking dish or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place the butter, shadon beni and minced garlic in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread an even layer of the flavored butter over the salmon fillets. Place in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 12 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. Remove and place on a serving dish. Squeeze a little lime juice over the salmon. Serve.
