GUINNESS INFUSED BURGERS ft Wendell Manwarren



Ingredients
1 lb minced meat
½ – ¾ cup Guinness
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1½ tbsp green seasoning
Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 – 2 eggs
1 tsp pepper sauce (optional)
Cheese slices, Swiss or mozzarella
2 – 3 tbsp olive oil
Hamburger buns, cut in half
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Guinness Balsamic Mayo – optional
Directions
- Place meat in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the cheese and oil. Mix just until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Form into 4 large patties or 8 small ones. Place on a large platter and let marinate in refrigerator for at least half hour. Remove and let come to room temperature when ready to cook.
- Prepare and heat the grill.
- Place the burger patties on the hot grill leave for 3 - 4 minutes. Flip the burgers onto the other side and continue to grill for 4 – 5 minutes depending on desired doneness. Within the last 2 minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover allowing the cheese to melt.
- Place the burger buns, cut side down on the grill to toast. Remove the bread and build your burger with desired toppings.
