HONEY BUTTER GLAZED HAM

Ingredients
1 Hormel Cure 81 Ham
½ cup honey
½ cup melted butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup chicken stock
Few pinches black pepper
½ tsp all purpose seasoning

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the Hormel Ham in a large roasting pan. Insert the cloves evenly all over the surface of the ham.
- Make the glaze. Combine the honey, melted butter, brown sugar, chicken stock, salt, black pepper and all purpose seasoning in a small bowl. Whisk the ingredients together.
- Place the ham in the preheated oven and bake for an hour.
- Remove from the oven, Brush with the glaze. Return to the oven and bake for another 1½ to 2 hours depending on the size of the ham (approximately 25 – 30 mins per pound). Brush the ham with the glaze every half hour.
- Remove and let rest for at least half hour before slicing and serving. You can brush with extra glaze when the finished ham is removed and resting.
