16 – 20 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Adam’s Pepper Sauce

½ cup Adam’s Honey Mustard Sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp chopped thyme


  1. Season shrimp with salt, black pepper and Adam’s Pepper Sauce. Let marinate for half hour or up to overnight (refrigerated).
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Let shrimp come to room temperature if refrigerated. Add the olive oil and herbs to the shrimp and mix well.
  4. Add the Adam’s Honey Mustard Sauce to the shrimp and stir in making sure the shrimp is coated with the sauce.
  5. Place the shrimp in an even layer in the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 7 – 10 minutes, just until the shrimp is cooked.
  6. Remove and serve immediately.
