HONEY MUSTARD HERBED SHRIMP

Ingredients
16 – 20 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Adam’s Pepper Sauce
½ cup Adam’s Honey Mustard Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp chopped thyme
Directions
- Season shrimp with salt, black pepper and Adam’s Pepper Sauce. Let marinate for half hour or up to overnight (refrigerated).
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Let shrimp come to room temperature if refrigerated. Add the olive oil and herbs to the shrimp and mix well.
- Add the Adam’s Honey Mustard Sauce to the shrimp and stir in making sure the shrimp is coated with the sauce.
- Place the shrimp in an even layer in the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 7 – 10 minutes, just until the shrimp is cooked.
- Remove and serve immediately.
