HOT COCOA BROWNIES ft Anil & Kineta

Anil and Kineta get busy as Joel has them decorating their Betty Crocker Christmas Brownies.

 

Ingredients

1 box (19.1 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Fudge Brownie Mix

Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box

 1 envelope hot cocoa mix (about ¼ cup)

2 teaspoons hot water

1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting

Mini marshmallows

Mini chocolate chips

Red sugar sprinkles

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box; spread in pan.
  2. Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely.
  3. In small bowl, stir the hot chocolate mix and hot water until the hot chocolate is dissolved. Stir in the frosting and mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the frosting evenly over the brownies in the pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chips and red sugar. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
