HOT COCOA BROWNIES ft Anil & Kineta

Anil and Kineta get busy as Joel has them decorating their Betty Crocker Christmas Brownies.

Ingredients
1 box (19.1 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Fudge Brownie Mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 envelope hot cocoa mix (about ¼ cup)
2 teaspoons hot water
1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
Mini marshmallows
Mini chocolate chips
Red sugar sprinkles
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box; spread in pan.
- Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely.
- In small bowl, stir the hot chocolate mix and hot water until the hot chocolate is dissolved. Stir in the frosting and mix until smooth.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the brownies in the pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chips and red sugar. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
