JERK HONEY SHRIMP SKEWERS

Ingredients
20 – 25 extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup honey
¼ cup olive oil
1tsp grated lime zest
1½ tsp Grace MILD Jerk Seasoning
Salt and black pepper
Wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least ½ hour)
Extra lime quarters (optional)
Directions
- Prepare and heat the grill according to directions.
- Mix together the Grace Mild Jerk Seasoning, honey, olive oil, lime zest, salt and black pepper.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, approximately 4 per skewer along with a quarter of lime if using.
- Brush the skewers on both sides with the jerk honey glaze. Place on the hot grill and cook for about 2 – 3 minutes on either side or until the shrimp are just cooked through. Continue to brush with the glaze intermittently while on the grill.
- Remove and serve.
