20 – 25 extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ cup honey

¼ cup olive oil

1tsp grated lime zest

1½ tsp Grace MILD Jerk Seasoning

Salt and black pepper

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least ½ hour)

Extra lime quarters (optional)


  1. Prepare and heat the grill according to directions.
  2. Mix together the Grace Mild Jerk Seasoning, honey, olive oil, lime zest, salt and black pepper.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, approximately 4 per skewer along with a quarter of lime if using.
  4. Brush the skewers on both sides with the jerk honey glaze. Place on the hot grill and cook for about 2 – 3 minutes on either side or until the shrimp are just cooked through. Continue to brush with the glaze intermittently while on the grill.
  5. Remove and serve.
