LEGACY COCKTAIL ft Tyrone Benjamin
Mixologist Tyrone Benjamin creates this cocktail with Belvedere Vodka for Diana Hunt and Maegan Sambrano, the family of Sylvia Hunt, in honor of her republished cookbook.
Ingredients
2 oz Belvedere Vodka
2 bar spoons of passion fruit pulp
1 half of mango peeled and cubed
6 chunks of pineapple
2 bar spoons of sugar
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Topped with Soda
Garnish: Pineapple, passion fruit and rosemary sprig
Glassware: Wine
Directions
- Muddle pineapple, mango and passion with Belvedere Vodka in a mixing glass.
- Add lime, sugar and shake well chilled.
- Double strain over into cocktail glass filled with ice and top with soda. Serve and enjoy!
