BEET HUMMUS ft LIZ MONTANO

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 medium roasted beet, peeled

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp fresh green seasoning

2 tsp lime juice

Salt and black pepper

Few dashes of pepper sauce

¼ cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend the ingredients in the food processor until well mixed and smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  4. Serve as a dip with pita chips or use as a spread in a sandwich.
