Overnight Peanut Butter Oats



2 cups vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

3 – 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter

¼ cup Regal Chia Seeds

1 cup Regal Quick Cooking Oats

¼ cup wheat germ

¼ cup honey

Pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. In a blender, add the milk, peanut butter, wheat germ, Regal Chia Seeds, honey, vanilla essence and salt. Blend until combined and smooth.
  2. Add the Regal Oats and blend just until the oats are incorporated.
  3. Pour into 3 to 4 glasses, cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
  4. To serve, spoon a little extra peanut butter that has been heated in the microwave on the top and sprinkle with some wheat germ.
