Overnight Peanut Butter Oats
2 cups vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
3 – 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
¼ cup Regal Chia Seeds
1 cup Regal Quick Cooking Oats
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ cup honey
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
- In a blender, add the milk, peanut butter, wheat germ, Regal Chia Seeds, honey, vanilla essence and salt. Blend until combined and smooth.
- Add the Regal Oats and blend just until the oats are incorporated.
- Pour into 3 to 4 glasses, cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
- To serve, spoon a little extra peanut butter that has been heated in the microwave on the top and sprinkle with some wheat germ.
