PEANUT INFUSED STUFFED CHICKEN ft Chef Sharaz


Ingredients
5 chicken thighs
Stuffing for Chicken
6 oz Corn bread
6 oz Croutons
1 cup of dice Bell peppers
1 cup chopped green seasoning
1 cup chopped turkey bacon
1 small chopped onion
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp garlic mince
2 tbsp butter
Salt, Pepper
1 cup Grace Peanut Punch
Directions
- For the chicken:
Flatten the thighs with a mallet to even thickness.
Season with a little oil, paprika, all purpose seasoning, salt, pepper.
- Make the stuffing:
In a sauce pan over medium heat sauté onions until tender. Add all dry ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Add the Grace Peanut Punch, mixing well into the stuffing.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Let cool for a few minutes. - Stuff each chicken thigh with stuffing mixture, wrapping into a roll and closing in the ends. Use a toothpick or food string and close. Pan sear the chicken just until golden brown on the outside and finish cooking in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Serve as desired.
