Joel makes this delicious boozy shake with two of his favorites ponche de creme and Sunday's Golden Vanilla Ice Cream


8 – 10 scoops Sunday’s Golden Vanilla Ice Cream

1½  cups ponche de crème

1 tsp vanilla essence

Dash of cinnamon powder

2 oz rum (optional)


Whipped cream, optional

Maraschino cherry (optional)

Cinnamon stick (optional)


  1. Take the Sunday’s Golden Vanilla Ice Cream out of the freezer and let it sit on the counter for approximately 5 - 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Add the Sunday’s Vanilla Ice Cream, ponche de crème, vanilla essence, ground cinnamon and rum if using into a blender.
  3. Blend for 1 minute or until the ice cream and ponche de creme are combined and smooth. If the shake is too thick, add a little milk and blend.
  4. Pour into glasses. Top the milkshake with whipped cream. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a cinnamon stick.
    Serve immediately. Enjoy!
