PRESERVING THE LEGACY COCKTAIL ft Sylvester Ryan

Mixologist Sylvester Ryan created this impressive cocktail with Moet & Chandon for calypso monarchs Ta'zyah & Duanne O'Connor

 

 

Ingredients

1 oz strawberry puree

.5 oz lime juice

1 oz simple syrup 

1 oz white rum

1 oz blue curaçao 

2 oz Moet and Chandon Brut

Directions

  1. Fill Goblet with ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine the strawberry and lime. Add to glass.
  3. Then in another clean shaker, combine rum, syrup and blue curaçao.
  4. Carefully layer over the strawberry mixture in goblet to create second layer.
  5. Then pour over the Moet & Chandon Champagne carefully to create third layer.
  6. Garnish with fresh or dehydrated orange slice. Enjoy!
