RED HOT SENORITA by Tyrone Benjamin

Mixologist Tyrone Benjamin is using an intriguing combination of red wine and portugal for this wine cocktail.

Ingredients

1 oz Gold Tequila

2 oz Red Wine

1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

3-4 Red Seedless Grapes

3-4 Portugal Pegs

1sp White Sugar

Directions

  1. In a mixing glass add Tequila, portugal pegs, red grapes, sugar and muddle to release flavours.
  2. Add red wine, grapefruit juice and ice.
  3. Shake vigorously and double strain into chilled wine glass, garnish with an extended grapefruit twist.
