Shrimp Poke – Chef Myles Marbella

1 bag Ocean Delight Extra Jumbo Shrimp,

peeled & deveined (16 – 20)

1 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1-inch knob ginger, peeled and finely julienned

1 small onion, thinly sliced

Generous pinch togarashi spice


  1. Add the shrimp to boiling water for 1 -2 minutes or just until cooked and immediately remove and plunge into a bowl of ice water.
  2. Pat shrimp dry and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add the soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil, onion and togarashi spice to the shrimp and mix well.
  4. Serve as an appetizer or over sushi rice.
