Shrimp Poke – Chef Myles Marbella

1 bag Ocean Delight Extra Jumbo Shrimp,
peeled & deveined (16 – 20)
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1-inch knob ginger, peeled and finely julienned
1 small onion, thinly sliced
Generous pinch togarashi spice
- Add the shrimp to boiling water for 1 -2 minutes or just until cooked and immediately remove and plunge into a bowl of ice water.
- Pat shrimp dry and place in a large bowl.
- Add the soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, sesame oil, onion and togarashi spice to the shrimp and mix well.
- Serve as an appetizer or over sushi rice.
