STICKY CHILI GARLIC PORK

Joel whips up a Sticky Chili Garlic Pork with Macfoods Garlic Pork, perfect for Christmas morning as well as Carnival cutters.

 

Ingredients

1 pack Macfoods Garlic Pork

1 – 2 tbsp vegetable oil

½ tsp red pepper flakes (1 tsp if you want it very spicy)

¼ cup honey

Chopped chives for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the Macfoods Garlic Pork and cook, turning occasionally until the pork is cooked through, approximately 12 – 15 minutes.
  3. In the last few minutes of cooking, add the chili flakes to the pork, followed by the honey. Mix well and let cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Place into a serving bowl and garnish with chives.
