STRAWBERRY & SPICED CARAMEL SUNDAE ft JOLENE ROMAIN

Ingredients

1 tub Creamery No Sugar Added Strawberry Ice Cream 

3 – 4 swiss roll slices or sponge cake slices

Caramel sauce

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Extra cherries for garnish

Directions

  1. Cut the swiss roll/cake slices into ½ -inch chunks. Place some chunks in the base of the serving glasses.
  2. Spoon approximately 2 – 3 scoops of Creamery No Sugar Added Strawberry Ice Cream over the cake chunks.
  3. Mix together the caramel sauce with a pinch of the cayenne pepper or more according to your heat preference. Drizzle the sauce over the ice cream.
  4. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
