1 tbsp green seasoning

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Soy sauce

½ cup Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce

1 small onion, diced

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil

  1. Make the Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 8 – 10 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs. Remove from oven.
  4. While the meatballs are baking, make the sauce.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sweet peppers and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce and the pineapple chunks. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and toss ensuring the meatballs are coated with the sauce. Let the meatballs heat through. Serve warm.
