THREE PEPPER CHEESE DIP
2 tubs Elle N Vivre Cream Cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 large sweet red or yellow pepper, seeded and diced
2 – 3 pimento peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp chopped jalapeno peppers
½ onion diced
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 oz Elle N Vivre Unsalted Butter
Salt and black pepper
Chips for serving
- Melt the Elle N Vivre butter in a medium frying pan over medium high heat.
- Add the onion and cook for a minute. Add the peppers, pepper flakes and cook for a few minutes more just until tender. Season with a little salt and pepper while cooking. Let cool.
- Mix together the Elle N Vivre Cream Cheese, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar until smooth. Add the cooled vegetables and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve with your choice of chips, crackers, vegetables or toasted bread.
