1 loaf Kiss Enriched Butter Bread , cut in thin slices, toasted and halved 

5 – 6 medium tomatoes

2 – 3 ochroes ,thinly sliced/chopped

1½ tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

 Salt and Black pepper

¼ tsp cayenne pepper or pepper sauce

¼ – ½ cup olive oil

4 oz softened cream cheese

Toasted bread slices/rounds 


  1. Dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
  2. Saute the ochroes in a little oil with a little salt and pepper. Cook just until tender. Let cool.
  3. Mix the ochroes into the tomatoes.
  4. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, and pepper sauce or cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the bread slices. Spoon a little of the tomato mixture on each toasted bread slice and place on serving platter. Serve and enjoy.
