Joel makes this satisfyingly simple breakfast/brunch dish for Mical Teja using Grace Tuna.


2 cans Grace Tuna, drained

5 eggs

3 oz cream cheese

1 small sweet pepper, thinly sliced

½ cup grated carrots

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 – 2 pimento peppers, diced

1 tbsp green seasoning

Few drops of pepper sauce

2 tbsp chopped chives

3 tbsp oats

½ cup grated cheddar cheese

Salt and black pepper

Extra grated cheese



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Lightly beat the eggs, add the green seasoning, pepper sauce and season with a little salt and pepper. Add to the cream cheese and whisk until blended.
  3. Add the Grace Tuna and oats. Mix well.
  4. Add the vegetables, chives and cheese. Season with a little more salt and pepper.
  5. Pour into prepared pie dish, sprinkle with extra grated cheese. Place in preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the quiche is cooked through. Remove and let sit for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
