VANILLA VODKA FLOAT

Ingredients

2 – 3 scoops Creamery Novelties Vanilla Ice Cream

6 oz red soda or sorrel shandy

2 oz vodka

Garnish – Whipped Cream, Cinnamon syrup, Grated Nutmeg

Glassware – Highball

Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. Place ice in glasses.
  2. Add the vodka followed by the shandy or soda.
  3. Top with scoops of Creamery Novelties Vanilla Ice Cream.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream, syrup and grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.
