CLASSIC DAIQUIRI – Tyrone Benjamin

Ingredients
2 oz Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz or 2 bar spoons of cane sugar
Garnish: lime wheel
Glassware: Coupe
Directions
- Methodology: In a mixing glass add all ingredients, shake and strain over ice into cocktail glass and serve.
