PEPPERONI NACHOS ft R’odey
Joel makes some tasty Pepperoni Nachos for a late night snack with Great Foods Pepperoni for celebrity taster Ro'dey.
1 cup chopped Great Foods Pepperoni Slices
1 small onion, finely diced
½ cup finely diced sweet pepper
2 tomatoes, diced
1½ cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 large pack favourite nacho chips
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a saute pan over medium high heat. Quickly cook the chopped Great Foods Pepperoni chunks in the oil. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread one layer of chips evenly over the base of the dish. Top with half of the onions, tomatoes, peppers and Great Foods Pepperoni. Sprinkle with an even layer of grated cheese. Repeat with a second layer of chips and the remainder of toppings and cheese.
- Place in preheated oven and bake just until the cheese has melted right through approximately 5 – 7 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
