100+ COCKTAIL ft Sylvester Ryan
Mixologist Sylvester Ryan creates this celebratory cocktail for Jus Jase, Chef Sharaz and Joel to commemorate Grace Foods 100+ Anniversary.
2 oz Grace Peanut Punch
1.5 oz Cognac
1 oz bitters liqueur or few dashes bitters
1 oz crushed hazelnut and mocha chocolate
Garnish – mini marshallows
- Pre-chill a martini glass.
- Muddle hazelnut and mocha chocolate in mixing tin of cocktail shaker.
- Add all other ingredients and dry shake vigorously for 15 secs.
- Add ice to mixing tin and shake again for another 10 secs. Double strain and serve in the chilled martini glass.
- Dust on pieces of mocha chocolate and hazelnut. Add marshmallows for added garnish.
