100+ COCKTAIL ft Sylvester Ryan

Mixologist Sylvester Ryan creates this celebratory cocktail for Jus Jase, Chef Sharaz and Joel to commemorate Grace Foods 100+ Anniversary.


2 oz Grace Peanut Punch 
1.5 oz Cognac 
1 oz bitters liqueur or few dashes bitters
1 oz crushed hazelnut and mocha chocolate
Garnish – mini marshallows 


  1. Pre-chill a martini glass.
  2. Muddle hazelnut and mocha chocolate in mixing tin of cocktail shaker.
  3. Add all other ingredients and dry shake vigorously for 15 secs.
  4. Add ice to mixing tin and shake again for another 10 secs. Double strain and serve in the chilled martini glass.
  5. Dust on pieces of mocha chocolate and hazelnut. Add marshmallows for added garnish.
