AFTER DARK COCKTAIL

Tyrone combines the flavours of mocha with Remy Martin 1738 for this dessert cocktail.

Ingredients
2 oz Remy Martin 1738
2 small orange peels
2 bar spoons brown sugar
2 oz homemade mocha tea (mix together 1 tsp instant coffee and cocoa powder together in approx. 4 oz hot water)
Garnish -1 whole nutmeg
Directions
- Muddle the sugar and orange peels together in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the Remy Martin 1738 to the muddled mixture. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the mocha mix.
- Top with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glasses. Grate some nutmeg over the cocktail and serve.
