AFTER DARK COCKTAIL

Tyrone combines the flavours of mocha with Remy Martin 1738 for this dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz Remy Martin 1738

2 small orange peels 

2 bar spoons brown sugar

2 oz homemade mocha tea (mix together 1 tsp instant coffee and cocoa powder together in approx. 4 oz hot water)

Garnish -1 whole nutmeg

Directions

  1. Muddle the sugar and orange peels together in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the Remy Martin 1738 to the muddled mixture. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Add the mocha mix.
  4. Top with ice and shake vigorously.
  5. Strain into serving glasses. Grate some nutmeg over the cocktail and serve.
