BLACK CAKE GINGER TEA

Ingredients
1½ oz Ron Zacapa Rum 23yrs
1 oz Cherry Brandy
2 tbsp Prunes, Raisins & Cherries, each pureed and strained
1 oz Lemon Juice
3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Caribia Ginger Beer
Directions
- Mix together in a shaker all ingredients except the ginger beer.
- Pour into a glass with ice.
- Top with Caribia Ginger Beer
