CHEESY WONTON CHIPS

Ingredients
15 – 20 wonton skins
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper chilli flakes
3– 4 blades shadon beni, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.
- Cut wonton skins into equal strips (either halves or thirds) and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush each strip with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with a little black pepper. Sprinkle each strip with some grated cheese, then red pepper flakes and shadon beni.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes for the wonton strips to get crisp and cheese to melt. Check halfway through to monitor cooking.
- Remove and serve.
