EMPANADA/AREPA DOUGH

Ingredients

2 cups water 

2 cups Mamacita Cornflour 

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Pour water in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add the cornflour and mix until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes and then the dough is ready to use.
