¾ cup Regal Raisins

½ cup Regal Dried Cranberries

½ cup chopped Regal Walnuts or Pecans

2 tbsp rum, optional

6 oz butter or margarine

½ cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla essence

1½ cups all purpose flour

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt


1 cup Regal Icing Sugar

2 – 3 tbsps milk


  1. Mix together the Regal Raisins and Cranberries. Add the rum if using and let sit for ½ hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer just until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and the vanilla essence.
  4. Add in the fruit, with the flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
  5. Using a spoon, drop equal spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 12 – 14 minutes. Remove and place on a cooling rack.
  6. Mix together the Regal Icing Sugar and the milk, adding just enough milk to make a thick but flowing glaze. Drizzle over the cookies, let set for 5 minutes and serve.
