SMOKY SIPPER COCKTAIL – Tyrone Benjamin

Tyrone uses toasted nuts and dates for a unique flavor combination in this cocktail made for guest dads Jus Jase and Rawle Annandsingh.

Ingredients

2 oz Remy Martin 1783 plus an extra 1 oz

4 chopped dates

6 chopped toasted walnuts and pecans

2 oz salted caramel tea or similar flavour

2-3 dashes homemade aromatic bitters

Directions

  1. Place dates and chopped nuts in the cocktail shaker. Add 2 oz Remy Martin 1738 and muddle the mixture together.
  2. Add the salted caramel tea, along with the extra 1 oz Remy Martin and bitters.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into serving glasses with ice. Sip and enjoy.
