SUNSHINE & WINE COCKTAIL – Tyrone

Ingredients
2 oz Evan Williams Kentucky Bourbon
1 oz Pomerac Syrup
1 oz Grapefruit juice
3tbsp. Pomegranate seeds
2 dashes homemade citrus bitters
Garnish: Grapefruit wedge
Glassware: Wine
Directions
- In a cocktail mixing glass add pomegranate seeds and muddle to extract juices.
- Add all other ingredients fill with ice and shake.
- Double strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
