CHICKEN PESTO PIZZA

Ingredients
1 pack Betty Crocker Pizza Crust Mix
½ cup basil pesto
Toppings:
Grated cheddar cheese
Grated mozzarella cheese
Chopped cooked chicken (we used rotisserie chicken)
Sliced fresh button mushrooms
Halved cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes
Directions
- Make the Betty Crocker Pizza Crust Mix according to directions.
- When ready for use (about 5 minutes), preheat oven to 425 degrees F and lightly spray or grease a round baking sheet.
- Roll the dough into a thin circle (approx.12 inch) and place in prepared pan. You can also press out the dough directly on the pan.
- Spread a thin even layer of pesto on the dough. Top with a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, followed by the chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for about 15 – 17 minutes.
- Remove and slice with a pizza cuter. Serve hot.
