MEXICAN SPICED SALMON BITES

Ingredients
3 – 4 (4 oz) salmon fillets, skinless
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cumin or geera
½ tsp ground chipotle powder
Generous pinches salt and black pepper
Few dashes pepper sauce
Salsa Sauce:
2 – 3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tsp salsa sauce
Few dashes pepper sauce
Salt and black pepper
Directions
- Cut the salmon into even bite sized chunks. Place in a bowl.
- Follow the directions of the Cuisinart Air Fryer/Oven and heat to 375 degrees.
- Add the spices, salt, black pepper and pepper sauce to the salmon. Mix well to ensure all the salmon chunks are coated.
- Brush the air fryer tray with a little oil. Place the salmon in an even layer on the tray. Place in the oven and bake for 7 – 9 mins based on the thickness of the salmon.
- Meanwhile make the creamy salsa sauce by mixing the ingredients together until smooth.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer and place on serving platter. Serve with the creamy salsa sauce.
