3 – 4 (4 oz) salmon fillets, skinless

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp ground cumin or geera

½ tsp ground chipotle powder

Generous pinches salt and black pepper

Few dashes pepper sauce

Salsa Sauce:

2 – 3 tbsp mayonnaise

3 tsp salsa sauce

Few dashes pepper sauce

Salt and black pepper


  1. Cut the salmon into even bite sized chunks. Place in a bowl.
  2. Follow the directions of the Cuisinart Air Fryer/Oven and heat to 375 degrees.
  3. Add the spices, salt, black pepper and pepper sauce to the salmon. Mix well to ensure all the salmon chunks are coated.
  4. Brush the air fryer tray with a little oil. Place the salmon in an even layer on the tray. Place in the oven and bake for 7 – 9 mins based on the thickness of the salmon.
  5. Meanwhile make the creamy salsa sauce by mixing the ingredients together until smooth.
  6. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and place on serving platter. Serve with the creamy salsa sauce.
