PUSH DE SOCA COCKTAIL – Tyrone Benjamin

Ingredients
1.5 oz Angostura 7 yr Rum
Pulp from 1/2 Fresh passionfruit
Seeds and pulp from 1/2 Fresh pomegranate
2 bar spoons of sugar
Soda or Prosecco to top
Garnish: Edible flower and sprig of mint
Glassware: Wine or flute, chilled
Directions
- Place the rum in a large shaker.
- Add the pulp of the pomegranate and passionfruit and sugar. Add ice.
- Shake vigorously and double strain into the chilled glasses.
- Top with soda or prosecco. Serve.
