PUSH DE SOCA COCKTAIL – Tyrone Benjamin

Ingredients

1.5 oz Angostura 7 yr Rum

Pulp from 1/2 Fresh passionfruit

Seeds and pulp from 1/2 Fresh pomegranate

2 bar spoons of sugar

Soda or Prosecco to top

Garnish: Edible flower and sprig of mint

Glassware: Wine or flute, chilled

Directions

  1. Place the rum in a large shaker.
  2. Add the pulp of the pomegranate and passionfruit and sugar. Add ice.
  3. Shake vigorously and double strain into the chilled glasses.
  4. Top with soda or prosecco. Serve.
