2 4 – 6 oz skinless salmon fillets

½ medium onion, diced

1 tsp green seasoning

3 garlic cloves, chopped

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 Egg, lightly beaten

Juice of 1 lime


  1. Cut the salmon fillets into 1 – inch chunks.
  2. Place the salmon in a food processor along with the onion, green seasoning, paprika, garlic, green seasoning, salt and black pepper. Pulse together until the salmon mixture is minced.
  3. Remove and place in a bowl. Add the lime juice, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix until everything is blended.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or lightly grease with butter.
  5. Form the salmon mixture into even sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove and serve with a creamy dip.
