MAI TAI COCKTAIL

Ingredients

2 oz of Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum

1 oz of Orgeat Tiki Syrup 

1 oz of Cointreau Liqueur

1 oz of fresh lime juice

2 dashes of homemade aromatic bitters

Garnish: Dehydrated lime wheel and flowers to adorn

Glassware: Tiki mugs or old-fashioned

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass.
  2. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain over into cocktail glass filled with crushed ice garnish and serve.
